It sometimes doesn't fully dry and I have to start it one or two more times, particularly with delicate clothes. It is also finicky about the settings and won't allow them to be changed in certain situations.

I purchased this Dryer about 2 weeks ago. It is everything I wanted or needed in a Dryer. It incorporates cool and warm drying, thus saving me additional electric costs. I am very impressed with my new Dryer. I'm sure you will be too.

I've this dryer for a couple of years. Absolutely love it. Except the heat sensor went out. Repairs are being done thru the warranty. That's why only 4 stars.

The auto dry feature doesn't heat the dryer at all and the manual one almost burns the clothes. It is impossible to get a live person for support because they think a crappy app does the trick. Not a company I trust anymore.

Purchased this dryer based on its reliability. Previous Whirlpool lasted 18 years with only one repair but it's washer twin went out so we bought both new. Dries okay but not near as well as the old model.
