[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with my 20x12 Norwood Gazebo Kit. The purchase process was efficient, the kit arrived in excellent condition, and installation instructions were very thorough. This is a great addition to my backyard, one that I'm sure I'll enjoy for years to come.

I was really impressed with how this went together. Everything lined up well enough, and was easy enough to put together. My only complaint is the roof. The roof isn’t designed for places that have heavy rain the metal roofing doesn’t extend long enough to shed water properly. Both ends also don’t have any roofing material over them, so they are completely exposed to the weather. The design for this roof is a poor choice. The edges are high, with no roofing material, then it drops lower to where the roofing material is, which causes the roofing material to not protect the wood. They should have just designed the roof as a regular roof.

We purchased the Brindlewood Gazebo to add a place to escape the strong sun in the summer. We were very pleased with the entire process. Fast delivery, easy assembly, and it looks amazing. We highly recommend. Note: The majority of the build was done by one person. We enlisted help of a couple friends to place the roof and lifting of the frame.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in March 2023, had ot 8 months and love it. Not only does ot look beautiful but it's sturdy. It has made it through 70 plus mile an hour winds, terential downpours and a hail storm. It still look brand new. Highly recommend. It definitely takes at least three people to put together

I am amazed at the quality of the parts! My husband and brother put this together in a weekend and it looks amazing in our yard! We use this primarily in place of a garbage at our lake home, it is study and provides ample protection for our cars from rain and snow.

Both Built and the instructions are very lacking. They tell you after the fact there are things to do before tightening the hardware. They both need a preparation page the tells what the pages ahead for each task are. We had to redo several things. The ridge cap construction leaves a lot to be desired. Not rigid enough due to the use of short boards. We will purchase single length boards and redo this It takes more than 2 people and 15 hours.

Given the global logistics issues, it is understandable that this China-made product will be delayed. But the delivery issues were "last mile" with the US-based group. Once we got it, though, we were very pleased. The materials are good quality, instructions are sufficient and parts labels are very helpful. It does take a few strong people and at least 10 hours to assemble, so be prepared. The product support, including an app, seem like an advantage, too. We hope to enjoy this for a while.

We purchased the Norwood kit and it arrived packaged perfectly with no damage of any kind to the components. We had a family "barn raising" over the course of a few days on a new deck we had built prior to the arrival of the kit. The BILT app was amazing and helped us assemble the kit without issue. Since finishing the well-designed structure we have built a 12 foot long dining table with benches for friends and family hospitality. The Norwood design and aesthetic naturally draws people to the warm cedar environment with exposed rafters and heat deflecting solid roof. This has been one of the best investments we have ever made in our yard and for our family. (PS: A carpenter foreman friend remarked about the great quality and design of the Norwood Gazebo and was impressed by the value and family friendly assembly.)

Quality of components is top-notch and packaging was well thought out to avoid damage to any of the pieces. Every piece was there and accounted for in the boxes and assembly went exactly as described in the instructions. This is a super solid and heavy gazebo, so 2 adults is definitely needed to erect this building. Plan on 2 pretty full days of assembly with 2 people. The cedar looks and smells amazing.
