[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We couldn’t be happier with this product. It’s gorgeous and provides shade for our patio that is in the sun all day, returning it to the shady, relaxing spot it was before we lost our shade tree. We added strings of lights that allow us to enjoy the space beyond dusk as well. We paid for installation and it was so worth it. The team finished in one day what likely would have taken us 3 if we had lots of help.

We absolutely love our new gazebo. The cedar is sturdy and gorgeous, and the roof is really durable, which is so essential in our midwest climate. We love the power outlet feature so we can hang outdoor lights, as well as a TV! The size is perfect to fit our large outdoor sectional, with ample room to spare.

It was too expensive to build a percent roof covering our back deck. This gazebo did the trick. We installed a sun shade to stop the evening sun so we can enjoy the tranquility of our back yard. And cookout without getting rained on. Would definitely buy again. I put most of it together by myself. You definitely need two or three people to slide the roof panels in place.

Not for the weak of heart to put together. We just had two of us putting the gazebo together contrary to advice. We were shorted a couple corner brackets but once we got started it went fairly smooth. We added teardrop lights and a couple fans. It provides good shade and the fans keep a breeze stirring. If you’re not up for a full weekend project, pay to have the gazebo assembled.

This is my second gazebo in two years. The first was a Cordova for my outdoor dining table which was a phenomenal addition. We bought the Norwood for our hot tub so we can us it during inclement weather including snow. It has enhanced our spa time tremendously. Wish we had done this years ago. Looking to do a third over the grill area. I bought these because of their structure and ability to hold up in wind and snow storms. Just a great product and easily assembled.

This is a great addition to our backyard. It gives us plenty of shade in the SC heat. The interior allows for a host of add ons for your liking such as mounting a TV, adding shelves, or adding hanging decorative lighting. I wish I knew the exact brand and stain color for the gazebo in order to prepare to restain when necessary in the future. This project will take a minimum of two people to complete by the way. I had another friend help me, but we are construction savvy. We have also purchased the grill cover style gazebo. I suggest it as well to match this gazebo!

The gazebo assembly went really well, and it looks great adjacent to the house. I did not appreciate getting an email the day I received it saying that to maintain my warranty, I would have to perform labor on the gazebo that would far exceed the cost. Better to just tell customers there is no warranty, as that would have been more truthful.

I have been researching these for actually years. Finally decided to buy this one. Absolutely the right choice. The packaging was fantastic nothing got damaged in shipment. The incredible thing is the engineering of this. It takes time but goes together perfectly. Everybody who sees it cannot believe how nice it is. I called for a question and the customer service was just as good as the product. I am real happy with the entire purchasing decision!

This is absolutely a substantial and good looking structure. I'll be 80 in 5 months and I built this by myself (had 4 friends in their late 60's and 70's help put the roof panels up onto the trusses). I worked on it 5 hours a day for 5 days ; with the help of my Kubota. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the project; our boat has a place to stay.

I purchased this product and was on the schedule everything was good until the week of delivery. Freight company pushed back delivery date multiple times. Took the day off work to ensure the delivery arrived on time. Perfect arrived day before install. Confirmed with Goconfigure the night before. Spoke with installer. Everything is good. Day of install, the installer Phil went MIA. I called and texted him 25 times, no response. Goconfigure contacted him, no response. Now im stuck with 1200 pounds and 8 boxes blocking my driveway. No care or urgency now that they have my money.
