Awesome product! The Norwood was complete with all parts and no damage. A lot of work to put it up but with the help of our neighbors we were able to complete in a weekend.

Love our gazebo! The pro assembly services that you can add to your purchase is well worth the extra $$! It took teo pros 10 hours to assemble our 12x16 gazebo.

At least two ladders needed. More than two people when putting the skeletal portion together and roof in place. Very helpful it was pre drilled and the holes matched up pretty much perfectly.

Alot of bent wood, roof slats bowed. Cracks in the post. Dome damage in the boxes.
