[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A little piece of heaven! What a wonderful addition to our yard! The Norwood is extraordinarily sturdy , and made of quality wood! The roof is strong and can truly withstand our northeast weather! The entire gazebo has been well thought out…The angles, color, and accents are all beautiful. We chose to have our gazebo delivered and put together. The team that came was wonderful! They worked together like a fine tuned clock. We love our gazebo! The added electric with usb ports just made the Norwood that much more special. A sturdy addition to our deck. Don’t wait….get one today!!!!

This is absolutely a substantial and good looking structure. I'll be 80 in 5 months and I built this by myself (had 4 friends in their late 60's and 70's help put the roof panels up onto the trusses). I worked on it 5 hours a day for 5 days ; with the help of my Kubota. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the project; our boat has a place to stay.

When we moved in, we just had a basic 10x12ft patio slab. We immediately knew we needed a covered area to enjoy our backyard. This gazebo was the perfect solution! We love it and sit out back often! We strung lights and they look great. We love that the gazebo has the power option! It has really upgraded our home! We did have issues with the assembly option we purchased through Sam’s Club and ultimately had to find our own assembly company. It took two guys about 8 hours to complete.

We purchased the Norwood kit and it arrived packaged perfectly with no damage of any kind to the components. We had a family "barn raising" over the course of a few days on a new deck we had built prior to the arrival of the kit. The BILT app was amazing and helped us assemble the kit without issue. Since finishing the well-designed structure we have built a 12 foot long dining table with benches for friends and family hospitality. The Norwood design and aesthetic naturally draws people to the warm cedar environment with exposed rafters and heat deflecting solid roof. This has been one of the best investments we have ever made in our yard and for our family. (PS: A carpenter foreman friend remarked about the great quality and design of the Norwood Gazebo and was impressed by the value and family friendly assembly.)

My husband and I bought the gazebo for cover over our patio area by our swimming pool. To be honest I was hesitant at first because it was a “kit” but it was easy to follow directions and put together. It is also very sturdy and solid. It’s a beautiful addition to our backyard area!

I can’t say enough good things about this gazebo. First of all the instructions were provided in an app that was super interactive. You could pinch and zoom and rotate each detailed step. I absolutely loved the instructions. The materials were great quality, the holes all matched up, this thing was a dream to assemble. The only thing that would have made things any easier is if the hardware for each step were combined into bags that included the parts needed for each step, instead of having all the screws together and all the washers together, etc.

The gazebo is very sturdy, solid and has survived 2 snow storms and several wind storms already. We paid for assembly and it was well worth it. It took one (very strong) man 5 hours to set this up. He was definitely a pro, as I'm certain it would have taken us several days to complete.

I am very pleased with my purchase. The kit arrived well packed in easy to handle cartons. Every piece was perfectly produced down to the last screw. I assembled it mostly myself with a little help from my wife. Everyone has complimented the gazebo and at least one friend is buying one.
