For Flow Sense to work properly it is important the load not be too small or too large otherwise the sensor will have trouble detecting moisture. We recommend filling the tub 1/2 way. Also keep in mind that heavy fabrics retain more moisture and can get tangled preventing air flow. It may be getter to use a timed dry cycle instead. Lastly you may also want to change the settings on Energy Saver option. If using the Normal cycle, deselect the Energy Saver option that is selected by default. This option reduces energy use by adding an air dry section at the beginning of the cycle. It is normal that there is no heat at the beginning of the dry cycle while in Energy Saver mode. I hope that this information helpful as how to make your dryer more effective towards your needs. ^Jennifer
