Repair guy out a week ago couldn’t fix it.  He ordered more parts.   The got here 5 days ago.  Maybe he will fix it tomorrow.

Great features and so easy to operate

I think the dryer is fine...  but the so-called "instructions" come with directions about plugging it in, leveling it, connecting it to my phone (why, oh why?), but DO NOT EXPLAIN the buttons on the machine itself.  It refers to them...  but not how to work them (like that cursed hold thing).   For that, I had to go online.  ONLINE?  The big book of instructions contained not a  hint of how to actually work the machine?  What the buttons mean?  NADA.  RIEN.  NOTHING but silence.  Why even publish if the basic functions, what I bought the machine for, have to remain mysterious until I fire up my computer.  Really.  Ridiculous.  Very disappointed.  And don't you dare call this user friendly -- you obviously never tried it out on your granny without standing at her elbow to explain everything.  So unless you are willing to come here and stand at my elbow when I want to dry some clothes, print some instructions.  You lost me on this.

Disappointed...  but not with the dryer...

Works great.  Our old dryer lasted +17 years.  I hope we can at least get 10 out of this dryer.  They don't build them like they used to.  Manufacturing has gone to a disposible culture.
