Purchased the dryer a few months ago and it works better than any dryer I have ever had and sings me a song when the drying has been completed -- how great is that !!

We bought the LG DLE3400W dryer about a month ago. We have two children and we wash and dry clothes at least a few times every week. We chose this dryer after reading good reviews on LG dryers. Excellent dryer!

Do not order if you cant pick it up in the store. The company they use to ship thesebhas an extremely limited delivery schedule and they wont commit to a time until the day before the scheduled delivery. In my case i had to call them the day before and ask why they had not scheduled a time and they told they had to reschedule the delivery for the next week and still could not give me a time. I then cancelled my order.

It is a nice size dryer; not too big nor too small. I knew it didn’t have an interior light and was willing to forego that feature to get a dryer like my previous LG dryer. The lint trap is a thing though. It pulls lint off clothes nicely, but the trap is always over flowing and stuck to the bottom of the door when opening. I clean the lint filter after every load, and sometimes in the middle of the load contemplating that it will be over flowing. The end of cycle signal chimes before the Wrinkle Guard kicks in. I guess that makes sense, but it is different than previous models of same dryer. I did find the Energy Saver, default setting on Normal Dry, is a big flop: it takes longer and my clothes will not be dry. I would not want that on a future dryer. Other than that, it is very quiet and, overall, I like it a lot. I wanted it to be more like my LG that I had for the last 16 years, but it’s not even close. However, I would buy it again if I still couldn’t find one close to the one previously mentioned.
