We've had our dryer for just over one year and it has performed quite well, getting big loads dry if set on "very dry" . However, most of the times there is a small puddle of water at the front of the dryer.

Highly rated dryer but the machine we received hasn't worked correctly since installation. It's taken weeks and several attempts to get it replaced or our money refunded without success. Very disappointed!

Having purchased a competitor brand in the past year and a half I can say without and doubt that this dryer is far more efficient and the features are much easier to use.
