After the machine had been installed, I read the manual. THen I learned that we should use some inflexible conduit between the dryer and vent. I wish this would have been listed in the description of dryer and what is needed. Our old dryer was 13 years old and used the aluminum foil flexible tubing. The installer said nothing to us. If we would have know, we would have had the right equipment ready. Other than that, the machine is fine, but takes some adjustment with all electric selections instead of the old school dials.

Still ran good after 14 years, or so I thought. Fired this new one up the day it was installed and I guess the old one was wearing out because this baby did the same job 10-20 minutes faster! So simple to use, too. I only need it to dry, not call my phone or text me, or anything like that. And, it's so much quieter!

Bought the washer and the dryer on Black Friday and got a screaming deal. Very impressed with how quiet both are. Cleaning and drying capability is also great. Both are built and designed with high quality. Packaging was pretty good but definitely following the handling instructions since the teenagers that loaded it in my truck dented one side of the dryer. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a reliable, simple, and elegant washer and dryer.

Very impressive washing machine. Runs so quietly with a direct drive motor and spins at 1300 rpm. Anything you wash comes out of the machine almost dry needing very little time in the dryer. What an advancement after ouor 2008 LG front load pair. Just a fantastic purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my old 12-13 yr old LG washer and drying for new ones about 1 month ago. The old washer was starting to have issues. The new dryer works well, clothes are usually dry the first cycle. Some clothes take longer to dry than others.

I appreciate the options to customize my drying settings too. I wasn't ready for a high-tech machine, so I am glad this one has both the options I am used to, and the Smart Diagnostics feature.....easing me in!

This is my second dryer like this. When we moved I left the other behind. Due to COVID it has taken me forever to find one in stock to purchase. I purchased the washer some time ago and now have the pair. This dryer is nice and large so it holds lots, is quiet and signals me when the laundry is dry. I also love that it doesn't take a lot of space.

The lint tray at the top when its in its spot in the dryer doesnt fit flush on one side, but also not a big deal either. It seems to work great, so far no problems. I recommend buying it.

My experience with these products has been great all-around, from customer service at LG, to delivery, to product experience. These machines have been easy to use and the result (ie cleaning of clothes, etc.) has been above what we thought. I would highly recommend this product and similar products to others.
