I was a little upset at first, the dryer kept shutting off every 3 minutes. After talking to LG and going over the error code the machine was giving me it was determined my vent from the ceiling to the outside vent was clogged ( of course this would have been a fire hazard). My old dryer never would have notified me. Thankfully my son was able to remove screen on roof and unclog the vent. No problem or error code since. Love the dryer!

This dryer was reasonably priced and certainly does its job very well. My only complaint I guess is that I would have liked it to be simpler and faster to add a little dry time at the end of the cycle. I can’t take away a star for that as it does do it: just with more steps than I like.

I was the first to use the dryer as my wife is visiting her family. It is very easy to handle, does a great job. We could not dry all the bed sheets in one session with our old GE. This dryer does it and does it well. I came several times to check the dryer as I thought that it was not working. It is so silent. I am very pleased with our purchase.

My husbands office is close to the utility room and the 6 year new appliances drove him nuts when in use. I had the same dryer in a former residence and when I had to purchase a new dryer and washer, I bought the same model with the drawers below. I love how it sits higher and I don't need to bend to get my clothes out. Also, it does a great job drying.

Our new dryer sings to us when it's turned on and when its done! Wow! What a great way to do laundry!! When our washer goes out we are definitely going to get the LG. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my dryer arrived, it looked small and I was immediately concerned as I wash my comforter often -- upon using it, I realized the dryer maybe smaller than my old dryer but the drum is actually larger. The dryer works well and I'm very happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dryer so much. It works just like it should. It drys the first time most of the time(sensor cycles). It does need a drum light though. All other dryers we had had a drum light. It also needs a light that stays on once the cycle is finished. Sometimes I forget clothing is in there.

Wanted the matching dryer to the #3400 washing machine and thrilled with the LACK of special features. We do not need a dryer with steam- we have very hard water. The dryer works fine on "energy save" mode, which is the only special feature I cared about.
