I love to use the Wi-Fi function and operate it from my iphone. What a pleasure. Perfect washes. More then perfect drying and one function I did not imagine ..... The Wrinkle care!!! Works almost without any sound. Tells you when cycles are comp!ere. ( ring on iPhone too ) and directs you to leave washer door open for drying. Wow!!! What technology plus modestly priced.

I really like the Allergiene and Turbowash features. My cat loves the chime at the end of the cycles. I also like the LG ThinQ app. I did not think I would even use it, but it has come in handy many times. The unit fits just right in an oversized closet in our renovated guest room. It is a great addition to our household.

It is sleek and elegant to look at, and washes and dries a huge variety of items with ease and excellence! There is an infinite number of settings, so customization of laundry loads is always possible and exciting! It handles fragile as well as tough loads with ease and elegance!

It fits perfectly in our small laundry room and yet provides the drum size to do a large load. Programming and use are pretty straightforward. The gentle cycle works well on my sweaters.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very pleased with our laundry center. It is a lot quieter than our previous units. We went with the stacked units so we could add a laundry tub in the extra space. Although expensive, the LG laundry center is worth every penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washtower 2 weeks ago, and so far no complaints. The remote start on the app thus far hasn't been that helpful, but the the dryer is awesome at communicating with the washer about the previous load and adjusting its settings. The capacity is full size, and is smaller than my previous stacked washer/dryer. The company that LG worked with to deliver the washtower was also quick to install it, without any issues. I'm very satisfied with this product so far. I will say that I completed this review for a chance to win a promotional product, but these are my true thoughts on it.

This a time and energy saver, with great cleaning results. I am still getting used to the new settings/options, so go back to instructions periodically. I love getting an alert through phone/watch of the cycle end status.

From the beginning, the dryer continued to turn off and my laundry was not properly dried. I kept asking for a visit to the technician, but they still have no response except for the email response. I've never seen such a problem with a new item.And their service is really disappointing.
