[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new LG wash tower stacked laundry center . It is so quiet compared to our old washer and dryer that I have to make sure it is on. It is very efficient and it has smart technology built in, so I can turn the washer or dryer on from my phone from anywhere. It also sends me alerts on my phone when the cycle is complete so it reminds me to unload the laundry. The best laundry center we ever had. We love it!

The controls in the middle make it perfect to reach whereas most “stackables” require a step stool to reach the top machine’s controls…. Both washer and dryer are full size and easy to access. My old LG side by side products were still going strong after 14 years when I bought this model to remodel my laundry room. Looking forward to many years with the tower!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this washer tower for about 2 months now. I am satisfied with this washer's efficiency and convenience of using it. Only one thing I would like to complain about is, the dryer wasn't powerful enough to make the clothes dry up in only one load.

Replacing an old top loading W/D set with the center control panel washtower has been great! No stool needed to reach the top controls as with other brands. It's very quiet and efficient at cleaning and drying all our household washables. Easy to press touch control panel.

Installation was easy. Using the machine is easy. It’s energy efficient and senses the amount of water needed. Hopefully we won’t need to but if we ever do, I’d definitely but it again!

I like most of the presets and feel they do a great job. Used the steam feature to get wrinkles out of a new bedspread and curtains, and it worked well. Now I want one for home!

All the other brands we looked at had top mounted controls on the dryer units which were almost impossible for my wife to read and reach. An added bonus is the the unit is super quiet and efficient.

First of all, it's the shortest height available for full size stackable units and still handles large loads. Great looking unit, quiet, digital controls are intuitive and easy to use. Washes clothes thoroughly and dries clothes quickly.

Linda, my beautiful lady, who gets distressed just hearing about electronics, digitalization of any form and any home device that does not have knobs and dials, was not that happy with the suggestion that we would be getting a new Washer/Dryer Tower, especially one that has electronic touch controls. So, when we received our beautiful LG appliance on August 6, 2022, she saw the recommendation in the owner’s manual to read all of the operating instructions before actually using it. She read the instructions twice, and that helped a lot. Both of us now have tried many of the various features, and this washer/dryer tower is performing well. We believe that it is both efficient and effective. The old guy, me, will get around eventually to installing the LG App on his smartphone. Thanks LG.

We love that they are one unit so the controls for both are in the middle. Very glad we purchased this & plan to use it for many years.
