[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my new washer/dryer about a month ago and I am already saving money on my electric bill. My clothes are softer and cleaner. Measurements online are perfect. The features of the machine are very easy to use. I love that the dryer knows what the washer did as far as the settings go.

In our last home, we enjoyed using a front load LG washer and dryer for many years. The home we moved into two years ago came with an old style top load washer and dryer with limited features. We have known that we had an option to install laundry equipment in an upstairs area by our bedrooms (roughed in to receive it), but the space would only accept a stacked installation. The problem with that was the inconvenient access to the dryer controls by my vertically challenged wife (5'). We were delighted when we discovered the LG Washtower model that places controls for both machines in the middle. We've had it installed for a couple of weeks now, and absolutely love everything about it. While our main reason for choosing the Washtower was the location of the controls, we are wowed by so many other advancements including the amazing communication between machines. We are happy to be cheerleaders for LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the look of these machines a lot. The speed wash is very handy and it spins the clothes enough to making drying very quick. I dried a load of towels in 23 min. No joke. The app is terrible and after several attempts over several days I’ve given up on connecting to WiFi. I have the iPhone 12 and the newest update with xfinity so let’s not blame me…. But ya the app is terrible and that part doesn’t work.

Both interior and exterior finishes are smooth. The features I appreciate so much are the highly functional choices for the wash cycles. The day my WashTower was delivered, I had a blast washing everything in the house. Blankets, sheets, normal wash loads, bulky or delicates all came out cleaner than ever. I know instantly, when each load is complete because I receive a message on my phone. It's a pleasure to hear the electronic musical song played when a load is complete. My clothing was cleaner and brighter. The texture of my towels became so fluffy again!!! My white cotton sheets came out softer than ever and the natural sheen glowed. The WashTower is extremely quiet, even during the spin cycle of bulky items. The WashTower is worth the price. It's sleek and stylish and the footprint takes up less room than traditional washer/dryer combos.

The controls are easy to reach - unlike my last stackable which were very high for a vertically challenged person. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Not only does it clean great, the cycle finish alarms are not obnoxious, the steam feature works great, noise level is great as it is installed inside our office. Very easy to operate, quiet, and fast. Love the speed wash cycle when I want to just wash a few items. Love LG products have a full size at my summer home which has never disappointed me and would definitely consider replacing it with this style Iwhen it quits working. Would definitely purchase again. Thank you LG for such great products.
