[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted this unit (Wash Tower) since I first saw it. I got it about a month ago and love it. My last washer/dryer was 15 years old and it is amazing how technology has changed things for the better. This Wash Tower is so much MORE EFFICIENT than my last washer/dryer. I should have purchased sooner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this unit. It’s so quiet you barely know it’s running. That it is a full size washer/dryer tower unit is brilliant. Able to wash blankets, towels etc. with no issues. Very happy with this unit.

I LOVE my LG WashTower!!! It is the best investment I have purchased in a very long time! I'm the type of person who does not believe everything they read and have to try it for themselves to prove how it works. I thought it would be wonderful to have a short wash cycle, possibly to shorten all my wash loads, so I tried an experiment of using the short cycle for a load of quite dirty clothes. WRONG! I was then convinced, as it was written in the manual, to use it for a smaller load of lightly dirty clothes, and it worked fantastically!! I have tried many of the different options and I totally agree with the suggestions offered in the manual. The dryer part of the WashTower is a work of wonderment! Again I optioned to try drying a load of bedding sheets, on high, for a long time and they came out wrinkled. So washed them again and used the suggested cycle for drying and they came out of the dryer PERFECT! Hardly any wrinkles! If you follow the suggested washing and drying cycles you will love this WashTower as much as I do!!!

I bought this in December 2020 and have not been able to access the wifi, have had issues with water not draining, as well as the dryer not completely drying a load of laundry on the first run ( medium size loads ). I like the concept, but needs to function better.

Outstanding piece of technology. Super efficient washing and drying both with low levels of nose. The one negative is the user friendliness of the app. The app gives access to a range of online programs but: 1/ The do not include the standard manual options available on the machine- why? 2/ To access the options one needs to remember to click on the down site next to the word NORMAL- again why? Please upgrade the app interface.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We remodeled our laundry room and wanted to add a 1/2 bath. To make the needed room we added this unit. It worked out Great! Plus having the ThinQ on your phone is fantastic. Unit is quiet and works perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit about a month ago. I had to buy a new washer/dryer set and to make best use of the space, we stack them. I really like that it is more compact and all the buttons are in the middle of the unit - no more reaching! Having both doors open to the left makes it easier to use in the closet. I didn't think the steam feature was necessary and wasn't even looking for that feature. Little did I know how nice the steam feature is. I would definitely purchase this unit again.

We love that they are one unit so the controls for both are in the middle. Very glad we purchased this & plan to use it for many years.
