Easy to use the basic features, but still havent figured out the more advanced features like steam care, guess i need to read the manual for that. Would definitely purchase again and very happy i purchased this over a 2 piece stackable

Replacing an old top loading W/D set with the center control panel washtower has been great! No stool needed to reach the top controls as with other brands. It's very quiet and efficient at cleaning and drying all our household washables. Easy to press touch control panel.

Wash Tower is 4 days old and serious problems have started. With every dryer use, lint spreads all over the door gasket as well as the back of the lint screen. Extremely difficult to remove from the rubber gasket. Also the washer motor makes a periodic repeated grinding sound.  What next?

We recently purchased the laundry tower to replace our 10 year old Frigidare laundry center. We love the new unit. Clothes are done in a timely manner and runs so very quite. It took a bit to get used to it, as it was very different from our old unit. We would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer is amazing but the dryer burned up after 4 months of use. And no it was not the lint trap. I do like the unit if the dryer didn't have issues it would be a 5 star all the way. Still thinking about getting the same unit to replace this one.

My old washer and dryer of 20+ years finally broke. I was mainly looking for something that would fit in my condo. After being shown the features and benefits of this set, I really liked what I saw. And after the salesman told me that I could wash a king-sized comforter, I was sold.

I live in a townhouse and the laundry closet only fits a stackable. The WashTower was the best of both worlds as we wanted a front loader but individual stackable machines were too big for the laundry closet. This is my second WashTower, purchased one for my townhome in Florida a year ago and have been really happy with the performance.

Purchased late May, 2021. Love it! I like the error codes that are displayed. One in particular is the d80. Had no idea what it was. Looked it up and found that the vent was stopped up, 80%. My husband took his leaf blower and blew it through both ends of the vent hose. A ball of lint the size of a basketball shot out of the vent hose. We were amazed. Plus, we wondered just how long that had been in there and had not once thought about blowing lint out of there. Like I said...Amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer has a high pitched squeal after 12 months of normal use. Warranty company says it is a manufacturing problem. Drum rubs against back of he unit. There is no fix, no replacement. I just get to live with it. It’s junk. Stay away from LG Washtower.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded to the tower so we could add a utility sink to our small laundry room. It works well, I am short (5’3”) and it’s nice to be able to easily reach everything. I also like that it links to my phone.
