[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 months ago for my wife. We owned an LG washer and dryer years ago . I said I would not own another. But my wife wanted this unit. I researched it for a while and decided to purchase it. So far this unit has been the best I owned. I hope it will last 10 + years like the old ones did. It doesn't have the odors that the old ones did. That is a big plus for us. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

bought it a while ago and was backordered so I was really hoping it was worth the wait and it was! this is like the Tesla of washers and dryers! it's quiet, washes good, it's super big (in my old washer I would do 3 loads where here it is just one . and I love that it sings when it finished a cycle. the phone updates are also nice. I'm impressed with this machine.

Looked at several different brands but most were too big for our space and had to be attached together or were too small for our needs. Found this product at the last store we looked at. It has been perfect for our needs. Does a great job and has several options to select from

We created a laundry closet into which the wash tower perfectly fit. Our old laundry was in the basement. Now my wife is able to help with the laundry.

The last washer and dryer I bought was 25 years ago so when I went looking for a new one an d looked at alot of them and ran across this one did my research and decided to give it a try not being that tech savvy I was worried that I would not be able to run this thing and come to find out it was so easy, have not used all the features but I know I am going to love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this three months ago, took 2 months just to have it installed (due to delivery service). Had high hopes but I’ve noticed the machine is very loud and also leaves soap residue. I use one HE pods per cycle, as instructed.

I am short so it was a perfect sell for me! The washer is super quiet. Love using the new LG and enjoy the singing when the appliance is finished.

I never bought a washer and dryer before. This is the best ever! We love the little song it plays when the laundry is done! It works so well! Push buttons! Digital! No complaints!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved recently and laundry room in my new place is a bit cramped. This new unit replaced my old side-by-side W&D and gave me space to put in shelves for storage and still have room for laundry baskets. I'm still getting to know the controls, but so far the machines have done a great job!
