Washer Extremely loud and shakes on spin cycle

I was super excited to use this machine, first time using a load of towels, the spin cycle was so loud and shook to the point it was moving on the floor. So disappointed in something that cost thousands of dollars.

Wish doors were reversible.

Husband and I were very excited to buy this unit for our small space. Luckily we saw a review right before buying that said the doors weren't reversible. LG please make a right swing option - our small space doesn't work with left swing.

Do not recommend

I was so excited to get this product but 2 years in and the paint is peelng at the dryer opening and the washer is rusting under where you add detergent. Extremely disappointed! Not sure I will every purchase LG again after this experience.

Be Aware Doors are not reversible

I love this wash tower however having thought I read the spec sheet there was no mention that the doors are not reversible anywhere. Just beware they are left hinged. Unfortunately this hidden piece of information has ruined my new laundry room.

Nice Unit

The stackable unit has worked out nicely for us. Both washer and dryer work very well. The one issue I had turned out to be a problem with my valve, not the unit. One suggestion might be to make the doors reversible.

Dryer issues

My dryer is not coming on. I have waited for over 4 hours. It was drying some clothes and shut down by itself and hasn’t come on again. I am getting frustrated

Would be nice if the dryer dried

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure if I got a lemon, but no matter what settings I chose, my clothes end up wet/damp at the end of the dry cycle. I run the machine 3-5 times at least, just to get the clothes dry.
