I was super excited to use this machine, first time using a load of towels, the spin cycle was so loud and shook to the point it was moving on the floor. So disappointed in something that cost thousands of dollars.

Best washer/dryer I’ve ever owned; had them for years now! If I were to change anything about them would be to extend the drawer to make it easier to pour bleach in; overall I would be them again in a heartbeat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from LG oversize washer and dryer which we owned for one year. My wife actually likes the tower better because if it’s ease-of-use and takes up less space in our laundry closet.

I bought it two months ago, it has been working fine so far, there was a repair recently and it was not covered under warranty, disappointed on that part. W2
