This is the fourth LG appliance we have purchased.  We were highly satisfied with the first three.  Never imagined that we should have expected the fourth would not be working when it arrived.  After four weeks, we have been lied to and listened to excuses from LG and the retailer.  We Still do not have a working machine.

Huge Disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only needed a new dryer. When I saw this one piece unit I was sold!  I love the touch pad in the center of the the washer and dryer. I am short so it was a perfect sell for me! The washer is super quiet. Love using the new LG and enjoy the singing when the appliance is finished.
