Great quality for the price

I purchased this wagon to transport our sports items (tent, chairs, etc) back and forth from the car to the field. I got it straight out of the box and it was already put together and easy unfold. It is very sturdy and I absolutely love the table attached. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

It’s been fine until it started making noise…

I bought this last month, end of November and had received on Dec 7th, 21. I haven’t used everyday but I use this when I go walk with my son to take his toys and his bicycle. The street I take isn’t rough, just regular sidewalk but I don’t know why one of the front wheels got wobbly and making squeaking noise. I got one year warranty so I’ve been thinking to ask the customer service to return or exchange… other thank I like it. I just don’t want to hear it squeaking even not loading the heavy stuffs so hopefully I can exchange.

The handle nearly caused an ankle sprain

The telescoping handle of the wagon was faulty out of the box. It uses a plastic locking mechanism to apply pressure to the metal handle rod which is supposed to keep it locked in the extended position. It’s a nice idea, but it simply doesn’t work. If you apply any amount of downward pressure to the handle, like pushing on it to reverse the wagon or trying to slow down on an incline, it retracts because the plastic lock has no grip on the rod. This fault in the design nearly caused an ankle sprain when I was pulling my kids in the wagon shortly after we bought it. We started going down a slight incline and the wagon, with two toddlers in it, started rolling down towards me. I pushed on the handle to slow it down and the plastic lock failed and the handle retracted. The wagon rolled into my ankle while going downhill and I nearly fell over. I’ll give credit where it’s due, the rest of the wagon is actually quite fantastic. It’s solid, has a very thoughtful folding design that lets you fold it flat for storage or partially open so it can stand on its own, and the built in table is pretty cool. But the handle absolutely ruins the whole thing and I returned it. If the design is ever revised with a metal button lock like other wagon handles, I’ll 100% buy another one. But as it is I can’t recommend it.

Plastic Frame %26 Steering Is Bad

Going straight into the bad: The online image shows an all metal frame, however, I purchased mine in store and w hen I opened and unpacked the wagon, the U-frames at either end were completely made of hard plastic. This also means that the upright locking claw for the handle was also made of this plastic, which was already wearing down when testing its holding strength. The locking latch for the telescopic handle also didn’t hold as strong when pulling, causing the handle to slip a bit as I pulled. For some reason steering was difficult with or without a load, as either wheel wanted to stay in certain positons causing movement to be jerky. They would also skid on the surface until it gained traction. The handle was very wobbly and loose for my liking and felt cheap. For the good: I like the capacity and overall size for my use. The end flip-up mini table was great and locked upright just fine. I also like the expandable zippered tailgate for hauling longer items. The locking brakes also worked fine. I eventually decided to return this wagon after one day of use as the cons greatly outweighed the small pros this wagon offers. I ended going with the bigger brother Mac Sports XL wagon from the other warehouse.

Bought this for our tee ball equipment. Does really well.... material is starting to tear and it's only about a month old.

Solid construction

My wife is using the wagon to transport her sewing machine and supplies to and from Quilting classes. Very happy with the solid construction.
