when i got the product the battery was swollen and it wouldn't turn on. the ipad was really warm as well. it just felt like it was gonna explode.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After receiving the IPAD for my wife she pointed out that a desired feature was not available on that model. My mistake but a little dissapointed.

I've had it for about 4 months now. I did have a little issue with it randomly (on the 2nd week) locking and the passcode refused to go through. But I used a computer and usb to unlock it( lost all my stuff tho).

Was very skeptical, but this has great storage in just the base model. Smooth transitions, and even the single camera in spectacular! Just enough I would recommend the upgrade from the iPad 10th Gen base model to this!
