I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas.  She was able to transfer her items from her old Ipad to the new one but after the transfer her new Ipad is frozen.  It turns on,  but no functions can be done.  It is frozen and not usable.  Very dissapointed and when they open back up tomorrow we are taking it back.

I bought two of these iPads, one for myself and one for my girlfriend, and we both love them! The storage space is perfect for schoolwork and streaming movies. It also has Touch ID (instead of Face ID), which still makes unlocking quick and convenient.
