It claimed to be new but it's used. It is connected to someone else's name and there is great difficulty performing a hard reset to regain access to the machine. I have accepted the challenge for now but will likely return the item. You can get a new one at Best Buy for the same price.

I absolutely LOVE my iPad A16 11-inch! 💖I got it in pink and it’s seriously the cutest ever. 🥹 Everything works amazing and super smoothly. Opening the box honestly felt like I bought it directly from the Apple Store the unboxing experience was so satisfying!
This is my first time actually owning an iPad, so it made me feel really proud of myself because I worked so hard to finally get my dream iPad 🥰✨ I already knew how to use iPads, but having my own feels so special.
I got the 128GB Wi-Fi version for $356 and it was 100% worth it! I even checked other stores like Best Buy and the prices were much higher there.
It’s also REALLY good for gaming! Roblox runs super smooth with no lag at all, and games like Subway Surfers look amazing. The screen quality is beautiful and everything feels fast and responsive. Also there no scratches or anything like that. The battery life amazing! it don't run out quickly, works great sketching with the pen! the pen don't come with it i bought it , but what does comes it's the charger! I definitely recommend it 8.5/10 for me! 🥰☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️💕 Definitely I will buy more from this seller!!
