[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had ant mounds all along my driveway the front of my house and also the patio not to mention ants crawling all over everything. I applied the bug Clear. from ortho and luckily we had a good rain that night I washed any mounds away with the hose just so I could watch and now it’s been three days and there’s no evidence of them coming back. I I used my Scotts spreader with edge guard and I did not waste product all over the driveway in the street.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this in my flower gardens for the Japanese beetle larvae that decided my roses were the meal of the year. I spread it throughout the garden twice with a few days between and there was also rain. I used this in combination with a tactic to get the large ones as well as this for the larvae and I haven’t noticed any damage on my newer growth and I have not seen any of those little buggers since. I hope that having in the soil also prevents the ticks and other pest like insects that I would prefer weren’t in my yard or garden. This definitely has affected the infestation and I will definitely buy more for my other flower beds. It was easy to spread and lightly cover the soil area and it spreads quite far. I have a lot of flower beds, about 10 that are pretty large and this one large bag covered 4 of the largest ones, and that really surprised me how far it went.

I applied this all around my vegetable garden and so far I am seeing great results. The only down fall about this product is that it doesn't work on fire ants. Other than that this is a really good product and I will definitely be purchasing more of this to put around my house. I highly recommend this product.

I plant a garden every year and I am hoping this product will work to keep the insects away from it. This product states to kill above & below the ground. It also states that it works to create a 3 month bug barrier. So far it's working well it seems. Time will tell. It also states it kills by contact & is fast acting. We have ants starting in the yard with all this rain we've had. Hoping this will do the trick in eliminating them all together. I also have a small dog, and I don't want her getting into any ants for sure. I have seen a difference already since applying this product. I also used this around my home's perimeter and flowers as well to keep the insects out! It states it kills fleas, spiders, ticks, ants and sod webworms. This 10 lb bag treats an area up to 10.000 ft. This product is easy to spread. Just water afterwards. Hoping in time to see a massive difference. No matter what brand of flea drops I put on my dogs I will find a tick on them during the summer. Since using this in my yard I haven't had any fire ant hills in my yard and no ticks on my dogs!

I used my Scotts spreader to put it down on my lawn. I have verified my lawn bugs are gone. It worked great. I will use it again next time I have this problem. It is essential to follow the directions and thoroughly water this product as instructed. Even after doing so, you may only experience limited benefits. I have a significant number of ants in my yard, and despite manually watering the area and receiving light rain five days later, I still observe ants actively roaming my yard and constructing mounds.

We applied as per instructions , and have kept it watered properly. So far we have had good results except we have experienced several brown spots in the yard. Wish this product had some kind of repellent against gophers.
