I was sceptical at first as we had some ant problems that worried us as our dog was always sniffing around. We us this stuff and viola we noticed a difference in a few days. Would highly recommend

It is easy to use and gets rid of the unwanted insects in your yard. It works on all types of grass and doesn't smell. It does take some time to dry but results are wonderful. I also like that it doesn't take much of it to work. Overall I'm very pleased.

After spreading the Bug Clear across the grass I could see a huge difference within a few days. My son and the dogs are free to run.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free product sample from Scotts Miracle-Gro of Ortho® BugClear™ Lawn Insect Killer granules for the purpose of my honest, unbiased review. I plant a garden every year and I am hoping this product will work to keep the insects away from it. This product states to kill above & below the ground. It also states that it works to create a 3 month bug barrier. So far it's working well it seems. Time will tell. It also states it kills by contact & is fast acting. We have ants starting in the yard with all this rain we've had. Hoping this will do the trick in eliminating them all together. I also have a small dog, and I don't want her getting into any ants for sure. I have seen a difference already since applying this product. I also used this around my home's perimeter and flowers as well to keep the insects out! It states it kills fleas, spiders, ticks, ants and sod webworms. This 10 lb bag treats an area up to 10.000 ft. This product is easy to spread. Just water afterwards. Hoping in time to see a massive difference. Easy to apply and works fairly quickly. It killed a good amount of the crazy ants that have infested our property in the last week. We had none, and then suddenly, a couple of weeks ago, they were every where on our 4 acres. Used the spray around the house and porches, and used the granules about 50 feet around the house. They are almost gone after a week. Crazy ants are very hard to get rid of completely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Scott's new products this year and have definitely noticed a difference in my lawn. I live in Mobile, Alabama and we have been getting rain just about every day for about a month. I got tired of waiting for the rain to stop so I went ahead and put the Ortho Bug Clear on the lawn. We have a problem with fire ants in this area so I wanted to get ahead of the ant mounds popping up. Well, the next day it poured. But I will have to say that so far I haven't seen any mounds at all. Now, I'm trying to work on the weeds and spaces where I need to replace the grass. We can't get new turf because they don't have any grass because of the rain. I used Scott's seed and fertilizer in the entire yard but I recently had some trees cut and need grass to cover those spaces. Overall I think the bug clear is working and I will continue to use it every six months. It's a good product.
