[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have it had it for about a week and love it. I was concerned about how low the washer is, but that hasn’t bothered me at all. I am in the process of putting cabinets in around the unit. I think I will love it even more then.

The app is awesome with a lot of extra cycles for the washer. I receive notifications every time the wash or dry is complete which is very helpful since I usually put a timer on my phone. I would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When our washing machine stopped working, we knew we needed something reliable to replace it. We did a ton of shopping around and looked at many machines before deciding on this one. We loved how it was a one piece and that the controls were in the middle of the machine so I could reach without a problem. We didn’t need a new dryer, but we wanted the system so we made the exception and splurged on ourselves. I did make the mistake and thought that controlling the machine came from our phones meant that we could “freshen” the wash or the dryer from anywhere, but I guess you’d have to be home to unlock that feature on the tower first - which was a bit disappointing but not the end of the world.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A renter and I, who share this machine, are loving it! It takes up a little less space than the machines it replaced. In a very small laundry room this is a big help. The machine is doing a great job of cleaning and drying. The wash cycle is shorter than the old machine and both are QUIET, which is an added benefit in a shared space. The washer is also water efficient which is a necessity with our old mountain well. It gets two thumbs up from us!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit a few weeks ago in order to save space in my tiny laundry area. It is compact and user friendly. I love the easily accessed controls on the center front. The only issue I have had is sometimes the automatic dryer cycles don't get clothes completely dry but I think that is something I will figure out with time and more use. I haven't had any issues. You do have to wipe out the washer after each use but that is typical of all front load machines if you want to avoid odor/mildew issues in the future. But I tend to save my laundry for one day and so wait until all my cycles are complete and just wipe once. Highly recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine in July, and have had it for about six weeks. I'm very pleased with my purchase. I haven't figure out every setting just yet, but I'm pleased that this is an energy efficient washer/dryer combination.

I love my new LG Laundry Tower. It’s beautiful and does a great job in cleaning and drying our clothes. It is very quiet and when the cycle is done it plays a cute little tune to let you know it’s finished. My only problem is that the washer drum is large and I often find it difficult to reach some items after spinning as they are plastered against the back. I was able to solve this issue by utilizing my Grabber Tool that I use for things on high shelves to reach those items as well. Works perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used this washer dryer combination for about two months now. Pros: Central control panel makes it easy to change settings for washer or dryer. Having an all in one unit makes it space saving in my hall laundry area. Cons: extremely fast spin cycle of washer can sound like a turbojet engine. Lint trap in dryer has nooks and crannies that are hard to clean out when cleaning the filter. Having to wipe down washer glass and rubber gasket after every load can be annoying. Misc.: haven’t connected to Wi-Fi yet to utilize advance functions but haven’t needed to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this because it's an LG. I never wanted to own a front load, I loved my top load with no agitator, but moved to a smaller place. This unit fit perfectly and wasn't the old time set up you see at grandmas. It's quiet and so far, easy to keep clean. It's super heavy though, you have to remember that you have 2 units set on each other, so don't try and move it yourself.

But the reason I cannot give it it 5 stars is that the design team eliminated HOT water from Speed Wash setting! Having had 2 previous side by side LG washers we absolutely loved the Speed Wash setting because for singles or retirees by ourselves - 30 min wash cycle including extra rinses for small loads of lingerie/underwear was indispensable. Had I known they had eliminated this feature, I would have never installed them. I still like them BUT 30 mins as opposed to over 1 full hour for small white loads is impossibly extravagant. We used speed wash for everything but he most likely use was rags and personal hot water items! Though the Laundry Center allows for overriding settings to personalize — THAT FEATURE CANNOT BE OVERRIDDEN VIA WIFI. BAD, BAD DECISION- likely made by an all male design team - certainly one lacking adequate demographics to do it right!
