The quality and features have me roped in while the ease of use and utility have my wife enamored. She's 5 foot 1 so the control center being in the middle is a godsend. The steam features are a whole other level of use as well, considering we have a husky that we adore that absolutely loves to shed on every last thing we own. This purchase was one of my favorites I have made in a long time.

Our new washer/dryer combo, replaced our old standard set and allowed us to install a sink. We love our new LG and with the controls located between the washer and dryer half way up, no need to stand on a stool to run the dryer. Very qiuet compared to our old set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decided to move my laundry from the basement to a closet on my first floor. This unit fits nicely and makes doing laundry much easier. I was impressed with how quiet it is when running. I get a slight vibration when on the spin cycle but it’s barely noticeable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer has a high pitched squeal after 12 months of normal use. Warranty company says it is a manufacturing problem. Drum rubs against back of he unit. There is no fix, no replacement. I just get to live with it. It’s junk. Stay away from LG Washtower.

I like the compact size of this "tower"; and also appreciate that the controls are in a central, reachable location! I haven't tried the dryer, yet, so I can't comment on its performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the washtower for about a month now. I really enjoy the size, the cleanliness of the wash, and the various wash and dry options. The only think I have an issue with is that you have to press and hold a button on the electronic panel to turn on the light inside the drums, and sometimes you have to try a few times before the light actually comes on. It would be nice to have a simple on and off button, perhaps on the side of the unit, to turn on the drum lights. It would also be nice if there was an option to keep the light on for an extended period of time. Otherwise, enjoying the unit!

I know that's silly, but on top of doing a fantastic job cleaning, drying, and steaming clothes, it's beautiful and fun to operate. I love that the dryer knows what settings to use based on what was just washed -- they talk to each other! SO quiet (except for the finishing chimes, they go on for quite the song), so efficient, I'm a very happy customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this unit a little over a month and it is wonderful. My wife is actually looking forward to doing the laundry. Every control is so easy for her to reach and there are so many different cycles.

I purchased the unitized LG washer dryer a month ago and so happy that I did. It fits perfectly in the compact space I have allocated, yet offers full size features. I've washed comforters with ease. And, the unit is super quiet. This machine is fantastic!
