The control panel is at perfect spot—right in the middle. It makes great ergonomic sense! And most importantly it performs well—washes better and more economically.

It washes our clothes in half the time that our previous washer took. It gives me the ability to modify how our clothes are washed without being overly complicated. It has a musical chime to alert me when washing or drying is done. It fits into my kitchen alcove, calling no attention to itself. But, when I look at it...I am so pleased. I honestly didn't think an applicance could make me this happy!

I bought a new house and wanted NEW everything…new washer and dryer, dishwasher, dishes lol..you get it…anyway I wasn’t sure of what I wanted until I saw it standing in the midst of the rest so tall and regal…I fell in love and now I’m using which is the best part…thank LG…just bought a brand new 65” inch flat screen for the basement too!!! Can’t wait for football season!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just added this wash tower to our main floor, and I used it for the first time yesterday. The controls are fairly intuitive--I only had to look up the red DOOR LOCK icon. Connecting to wifi was easy as well. I've never had a front loading washer or dryer, so that is going to take some adjustment. As a result, I missed seeing one item left in the washer (you have to bend quite a bit to see inside and I'm not that limber anymore). I love the phone app because I can see the time left on each cycle. Having our laundry now on the main floor is going to be safer than carrying laundry baskets to the basement and life-changing as well for the convenience. The wash tower tucks neatly into a corner of our mudroom.

Clothes are definitely cleaner with less wear and tear on fabric . Highly recommend this unit and looks great too.

It's so nice having the extra room in our already crowded basement. It looks really great and is easy to use. It's also quiet I would absolutely recommend this washer dryer.

The energy efficiency is unreal and the wash and dry are smooth, quiet, and incredibly easy to use. I have recommended to all of my family and friends! This product is a must, and I will be returning to LG for my appliance needs.

Having the ability to “steam” clothes is also a big plus as I can throw it in the dryer and get rid of wrinkles. Highly efficient and still more things to learn about but most of all, the quietness of it. You hardly know it is actually working. Love it!!

It is modern and technical but not so much that you need to be a scientist to understand how to use it. It is beautiful and does a great job of both washing and drying my clothes.

Except the LG wash tower. This unit fit perfectly into our new space, is built extremely well, high efficiency, and so easy to operate. We love it.
