[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the look of these machines a lot. The speed wash is very handy and it spins the clothes enough to making drying very quick. I dried a load of towels in 23 min. No joke. The app is terrible and after several attempts over several days I’ve given up on connecting to WiFi. I have the iPhone 12 and the newest update with xfinity so let’s not blame me…. But ya the app is terrible and that part doesn’t work.

Looked at several different brands but most were too big for our space and had to be attached together or were too small for our needs. Found this product at the last store we looked at. It has been perfect for our needs. Does a great job and has several options to select from

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit has the best features and for the first time ever I haven't had to rerun my loads to get them dry and have actually had to wait on wash loads to finish after the dryer loads were done. This unit has made me so happy. If there were one thing I could change it would be to set the unit up to be operated remotely permanently and not each time it turns on. I would like to be able to set it up the night before then start it from work remotely. Otherwise this is an amazing unit and my clothes have been perfectly clean every time - even our camping gear came out cleaner. I'm so very impressed.

It fit perfectly and yet is a full size machine! And even though we took off the closet door, it doesn't matter because it is so stately and beautiful. We got the charcoal stainless. We love it!

The app is awesome with a lot of extra cycles for the washer. I receive notifications every time the wash or dry is complete which is very helpful since I usually put a timer on my phone. I would highly recommend.

I would recommend however a different way to remove excess water from bottom valve. It is difficult for me to get down on my hands and knees to remove water from valve. I am also unsure of how often I have to remove the water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a new LG Tower (200 series) had 12 year old units removed, the LG installed & leveled about a month ago. Love it! With the LG Tower controls in the middle is like WOW, what took so long to figure out a combo unit with large capacity qasher/dryer like this unit. All loads for both dryer & washer finish quicker because the unit sense the weight to adjust water and timing based on the how heavy the loads. I researched for months before finding that the LG Tower was what we needed. Most bad reviews are on the older 100 series that was not built with steel metal, so be sure to check out the 200 series of the LG Tower.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Have had our Washtower for 3 weeks now. We love the way it looks a fits in our launders room. We like where the controls are located. The machine gets our laundry super clean with whiter whites. The steam feature helps minimize wrinkling. We are very happy so far.. especially for the price. Very good value. We can’t figure out how to make the WiFi work to use additional options via the app but perhaps that’s not that important for now.
