First time machine was delivered with different than I ordered color and damaged. It took a while to receive the correct color and undamaged. I also bought side extension for the drier, however delivery team told me that they are not installing any additions. Otherwise the machine works fine.

Very easy to operate, quiet, and fast. Love the speed wash cycle when I want to just wash a few items. Love LG products have a full size at my summer home which has never disappointed me and would definitely consider replacing it with this style Iwhen it quits working. Would definitely purchase again. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced 2007 Washer and Dryer. It was has been wonderful. Huge basins and yet smaller area taken up. Easy to use, doors open in same direction. Only issue I have is a nitpicky one- the "play/pause" button which you use to start is not touch sensitive and requires a firm push. Feels sometimes like your are pushing hard against the plastic screen.
