I have used a front loader for years and did not want to go to a top loader. The size and centrally located controls are what sold me on your product. We should be moving in around the middle of May. I am so looking forward to using your product!

There is GREAT space inside-- my husband thinks it's pretty near 2xs the capacity of what we had before. That plus the energy efficient cycles are going to save energy and money, seriously. Also, I love the little chimes when the cycles are completed--- it's very charming. Love this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a washer dryer stack that didn't look like the unit in my first apartment 40 years ago. I wanted a sleeker design and the space savings that a stackable unit provides. Installing this unit immediately gave me back half my laundry cupboard with full size capacity! It is quieter and doesn't "walk" when the spin cycle is high. The only drawback was the price. There is a premium for space savings apparently, but other than sticker shock, we are happy with the unit at present!

This is the most incredible laundry system in the world. I needed to replace my full sized front loading washer and decided to chuck the dryer too to get this "smart" wall unit. I live in a condo so laundry room and general storage space is at a premium. This fit my space and freed up a huge amount of space that I could add shelving to. The BEST thing is how well it washes and drys. It's easy to load/unload, runs quiet, the control settings are at just the right level for an easy read and reach. The fact that the units 'talk' to each other takes the guess work out of dryer settings. The wash itself is excellent (no detergent residue after the rinse) and detergent, bleach, softener loading easy and in the right spot for measuring. The steam freshness setting is a great feature that I never thought I'use. Overall it is a time saver too! I look actually forward to doing my laundry. I'm a senior (70's) widower so these things really mean a lot.

We have a 30 year old laundry room that could not handle the size of the new washers and dryers and allow us to close the door. This allows us more floor space to put in a storage rack. Highly recommend the LG tower!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looked at many and recommended ones before choosing this model. It was top rated and one of the very few with center control location. Most of the other stacked units we looked at was just 2 units bolted together which made the dryer controls about 6’ high and difficult to see and use. Love the optional choices for operation and the steam feature.

I ended up with a superior product that is so energy efficient and easy to reach touch screen for washing and drying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how quiet the machine is and it looks great. I really needed a stacked machine due to limited space. What's not so great- very limited options for customizing your laundry cycles. Especially limited on the dryer. I cannot adjust drying temps on any of the regular settings. I have to use the timed settings. I did download the permanent press cycle but that is no better. Even when I select very dry, the clothes never come out dry. Always a little damp. If I restart the cycle, it turns off again within 5 minutes. Ducting is metal and clear. Washer doesn't tumble clothes as well as I think it should. It is especially apparent when washing a mattress pad. It just slips along the tub never flipping so all sides get some agitation.

It fits perfectly in our small laundry room and yet provides the drum size to do a large load. Programming and use are pretty straightforward. The gentle cycle works well on my sweaters.
