[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using this new unit for a little over a month, and we love it. It is very quiet, and has so many features/options - many of which the machine can decide for you. For example, the wash-tub makes a few turns initially to weigh the items to determine how long the cycle should be for optimal cleaning and cost savings. And no other stacked machine makes the controls so easy to access - no standing on a tipsy stool to reach dryer controls at the top of the unit - they are all right in the middle and easy to understand. We are still just beginning to read about all the features, but bottom line, this is the best unit and brand we have owned.

This washer does the job with less tangling of clothing, Shorter was times too. Drier-----forget about it. Dries fast and completely. No pulling out some clothes and restarting drier to finish drying the rest. I've had it 3 weeks and so far, very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve seen some reviews which read like a book, and that’s kind of suspish, so I’m going to lay this out there. We bought a new home and needed a new W/D since the sellers were taking theirs and we were leaving ours at our previous house. I figured for the price of the front-loaders we would need in the space, I’d try this one. I’m truly loving an appliance! Between my clothes feeling more clean than ever before from the old W/D, to the app with some pretty cool settings for any of our laundry loads, this thing is awesome. Even our 3 year old enjoys the chimes and helping out by pushing buttons to start it. We have 2 large black dogs and their sheets for their bed come out clean every time and I just have to do a quick self-clean mode and it’s like the fur never happened. Seriously, get this thing. I want to enclose it in our small utility room with some sort of storage unit but I’m not very knowledgeable on those yet. The dryer hose makes the unit stick out a bit and I have to figure out a way to hide it. Other than that, I’m very excited to see what I can do with this space and not have everything sitting on the side next to the dog food. This appliance has saved me tons of time with our working schedule and has been amazing for our family.

This was the 1st major purchase of our home and has now become the most regretful one. After researching many other brands & models we found this one to be the perfect 1 for our new home. Which also included the customer service from LG that we were looking for leading us to make this purchase. But after only 6 months of owning the appliances we have now experienced multiple issues with the washer and dryer. These issues did create an inconvenience. But after reviewing the quality of customer service LG would provide we were assured it would be resolved effectively. Which has not been the case since we have reported the issue to LG. We have now been without washer and dryer for over a month. Which is now also cost us additional out of pocket expenses and inconvenience. By having to wash at the laundromat, during this long overdue experience from this purchase from LG. The repairman has visited several times with each repair not finding any solution. Instead of replacing into brand new ones without issues. We are now going into 2 months of waiting for replacement parts with new appliances that we should not have these type of troubles with this soon. To add insult to injury the rest of our brand new appliances we have purchased for our kitchen and home are also LG as well. Which is very concerning being if we have any issues with those appliances that this is the type of customer service we will receive in turn. I feel that this may be the last time we will ever purchase LG if this matter is not corrected very soon. I truly hope LG can expedite & resolve this matter to regain my assurance in products, customer service, & brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is no way to customize your washing and drying needs. The dryer mode either doesn't dry (ends the cycle early) OR it over dries. On the washer mode, most cotton or light weight clothes get extremely wrinkled (due to the advanced default spinning cycle) and they are permanent wrinkles and now I have to iron out everything. I HATE this unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were redoing our laundry closet and wanted stacked laundry, but fell in love with the sleek design of this unit. Not only is it shorter than stacking two separate units with stacking kits, it's way sleeker and fixes the issue of having controls for the machine on top being too tall to reach by placing all controls in the center touch-bar. We LOVE the machines. Super quiet, efficient, and clean and dry clothes so much better than the 10 year old LG set we replaced. Overall a huge upgrade and makes laundry much quicker and easier than before, and we now have closet space next to the machine for storage and coats that we can actually reach!

The tower is very stylish and runs quietly compare to our old set. We enjoy everything about this unit right down to the musical chimes that go off when the load is finished. We love that all the controls for both units are right in the center of the tower which makes adjusting them very easy. We are more than pleaded with our purchase. State of the art.

Great unit. little problem with the mother board after 2 years but LG was awesome in resolving this issue with prompt and VERY knowledgeable service! done in less than a day. Unit works great and no issues at all with the washer. would 100% buy this again from LG. Seems all my LG equipment has good quality. Something very hard to find these day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ideally I was looking at a bigger LG washer/dryer combination but did not have enough space to have a separate washer and dryer. Upon doing research, I saw a lot of mixed reviews about this one but figured that everyone’s situation varies and you never know until you try it yourself. I’m glad I made this purchase as it fits perfectly in my bathroom space and is quiet enough not to disturb anyone in the home. Definitely recommend the gas dryer versus electric as I have read that they damage clothes compared to the gas dryer. I don’t have anything to criticize about this product as it fulfills the need for me and my family. Only annoying part was that it was back ordered but that’s out of anyone’s control due to covid19 etc.

Although initially I really liked the simplicity of the washer, I was totally disappointed when it broke down after 1.5 years of minimal use. The repair was expensive and extensive. I determined that the machine was flawed since it broke so soon after purchase. I asked LG to pay for some of the cost. See information sent in with the service report.
