[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my stackable washer/dryer approximately 2 Months ago. I really enjoy using these appliances. The only problem I have is the odor coming from the washer. It seems the only way to deal with the problem is 1. Leaving the washer door open, or 2. Using the products for cleaning . Any reason why the front loaders have an odor? Whereas the top loaders do not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how quiet the machine is and it looks great. I really needed a stacked machine due to limited space. What's not so great- very limited options for customizing your laundry cycles. Especially limited on the dryer. I cannot adjust drying temps on any of the regular settings. I have to use the timed settings. I did download the permanent press cycle but that is no better. Even when I select very dry, the clothes never come out dry. Always a little damp. If I restart the cycle, it turns off again within 5 minutes. Ducting is metal and clear. Washer doesn't tumble clothes as well as I think it should. It is especially apparent when washing a mattress pad. It just slips along the tub never flipping so all sides get some agitation.

Controls are simple, the notification on my phone letting me know that the load is finished is nice too. Simple to use, with great capacity in the same 30x30 closet space. Worth the cost.

The LG appliance is the perfect thing for me it is quiet it’s efficient and does an extremely good job of cleaning and drying the clothes

First time machine was delivered with different than I ordered color and damaged. It took a while to receive the correct color and undamaged. I also bought side extension for the drier, however delivery team told me that they are not installing any additions. Otherwise the machine works fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned and used our Washtower for over a month now and can't be more impressed. Quiet, Quiet, Quiet! The washer spins to almost dry, handles everything up to queen sized comforters....Has a cycle for any type of laundry and a steam clean cycle for antiseptic purposes. The dryer is works perfectly, with plenty of dry/steam options. The lighted drum is an unexpected surprise. The unit as a whole is perfect for our townhouse setting, full size yet space-saving. You can easily reach to the rear of either drum, central controls. This Washtower is a home run, don't even consider any others !!!

After more than 4 months, it has proven to be, exactly what we wanted. It is full sized, takes the space of a waher machine, is extremely quiet and washes and dries clothes much better than the old pair it replaced. I would recommend to anyone, whether space is an issue or not.

The sleek design and size of this unit was single factor that made our new laundry room / bathroom beautiful and a functional addition to our home. The WashTower is extremely user friendly. Controls and height of doors make for easy access. Water usage is way less than conventional washer and the drying time is faster and pre determined. So many great functions to this unit. Very quiet and extremely well balanced. The WashTower when in place looks more like a piece of furniture and not just an ole washer dryer.

The tubs are large and light up to let me see my finished load. It is quiet when in use, and I really enjoy the little tune it plays for me when my load is finished. All in all, it was one of the best investments I have ever made.
