The picture quality is excellent, with vibrant colors and a crisp, clear image whether we're watching movies, sports, or regular TV. One of our favorite features is the Art Mode, which allows the TV to blend into our living space and look more like framed artwork than a traditional television. The design is sleek and modern, and it has been a great addition to our home.

I cannot begin to tell you how much it resembles a painting sitting on my wall. Brightness is good in addition to contrast . Interface is simple to use and is very user friendly. Anyone can use it .

Each time I purchase a newer SAMSUNG TV it comes with more and better features, as this one has. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate ALL of the above mentioned upgrades. I am a very satisfied owner of yet another SAMSUNG TV. I had to cut cable 2 years ago, the price just kept going up faster than my Social Security COLA raises. This new SAMUNG offers me the ability to view programs via my wi-fi connection, making up for the loss of CABLTV. The contrast and brightness has improved greatly, I almost can't believe I'm not outside experiencing life in real-time. That goes for the resolution, aesthetics and interface also. Thank you SAMSUNG, you have made an old man very happy, indeed. Keep up the good work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whether it’s the fantastic picture you have come to depend on or the various art that’s available through their Frame feature Samsung continues to manufacture the best televisions at a reasonable price point in the market. The only thing to note is that the transition from the “art” option to watching TV appears slow, otherwise along with the AI features, which I’m still learning) this a must have in your home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have enjoyed the evolution of The Frame as much as we have enjoyed the art it brings to our home. We bought our first Frame TV for a home office in 2019 and have now added a third Frame TV for our living room. The 2025 65 inch Frame TV non reflective screen raises the aesthetic for viewing the Art collection as well as normal TV viewing. Samsung has also advanced the utility of the Frame by incorporating useful AI capabilities into The Frame.

My only complaints are the preloaded apps/Samsung Live options and how difficult it has been to remove them. I’ve had this TV five months now and still can’t figure it out.

It's a great option if you want a TV that looks more like décor when not in use. Setup was straightforward, and the overall design is clean and modern.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the TV however we can’t directly download local tv news app. We have to go through a third party news app on the tv. Also, when connecting to our home speaker system through Bluetooth, the tv goes up to max 100 volume. We do like the tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Samsung TV because the picture quality is excellent, but the software experience has been incredibly frustrating. My biggest complaint is the home screen. On my Apple TV, the home screen is exactly what I want it to be: a simple grid of my apps. If I want recommendations, featured content, or advertisements, I can open the Apple TV app and see all of that there. It's separated from the basic navigation experience. Samsung does the opposite. The home screen is filled with recommendations, promoted content, and other clutter that I never asked for. Instead of feeling like a dashboard for my TV, it feels like an advertising platform that I have to navigate through every time I turn it on. What's even more frustrating is the lack of customization. I can't simply strip the home screen down to my apps and the services I actually use. The TV constantly pushes content at me whether I want it or not. The hardware is great and the picture quality is impressive, but the user interface significantly detracts from the overall experience. If Samsung gave users the option to have a clean, app-focused home screen like Apple TV, I would rate this TV much higher.
