16 GB too small for multitasking,.laptop.slows.significantly after 50% usage. Very poor support re win11 errors

The person I interacted with on the phone was experienced and helped me select this laptop. It's perfect

I like the true AI integration and set up was easy getting all my apps/programs synced up. Have not really used the stylus much but "nice to have". Smooth and fast thus far.

I've had my granddaughter set it up; however, it is very different than my HP Envy I'm replacing. I haven't used it enough to give honest review. I do miss having the number on right side of keyboard.

Light in weight, quick in performance, easy to clean

Watched my old HP get to the finish line of Windows 10 and upgraded. It's been a month, solid so far :)
