The quality and sensitivity of Alexa and the Bluetooth features are outstanding. I have a chair that connects to the Bluetooth speaker and the sound is movie quality. I am a Samsung repeat buyer because of the overall quality of the TV. After the purchase of this TV, I doubt I'll buy your product again. I do not have YouTube to post a video

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Color isn't particularly sharp or bright. Options menu is fairly easy to access, but maybe some shortcuts would be helpful as well. Have tried to manually adjust color settings, but didn't notice any meaningful changes to the screen appearance. TV is decent value for money.

I previously had an LG and was able to get rich colors and great contrast/ brightness ratio. I have been unable to get anywhere near that quality with the Samsung. Had to turn off all the AI features to get a decent level of contrast/ brightness ratio. I don't think I will be purchasing another Samsung TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv turns on in screensaver mode by itself. Even after turning off all screensaver/ energy saving/ mobile options. It continues to turn on with every input unplugged and the batteries out of the remote. I have to unplug the tv when I'm not watching it. The bluetooth to my headphones doe not always pair. I get a lot of HDCP errors, I have to un plug every thing and re plug in.
