[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, it’s a great tv, and when paired with the Q990F it produces an amazing cinematic experience at home. Color is great, Xbox is awesome, no picture lag. Also love the fact it has all the apps for Hulu, Disney, Amazon Prime, etc already built in. Can’t imagine going back to our old tv.

I very much like this tv. Mainly the bigger picture is what I like most. I have had Samsung for years and have always been happy with the picture and this one is not exception but going from a 50" to 75" is a major difference and for almost all programming the bigger picture is so important to me.

I'm always as Samsung fan and I've always had a Samsung phone so when I got my sets on TV it was just great I didn't know how to even act I love that with my kids come in the room and say look how clear that is so it is a wonderful product and when I connect my phone to my TV it just makes it so easy I love the product.

This is by far my favorite Samsung product, the contrast and brightness are perfect and as the responsiveness and uniformity of the timing in the TV is prime and on time it's deep saturation and the picture is so crisp it's like you're living in the moment. The sound quality is astronomical and as for my hearing not so much LOL. I love every single feature in this TV. I don't think I could ask for more.

I like the sharp picture of this TV. It easily syncs with my computer so I can even use it as a 2nd monitor. It also synced easily with my Bluetooth headphones so I don't have to disturb anyone while watching TV at night. I like the fact that you can ask questions using AI for more interaction with the TV.

We had to take the first one back, did not work. This unit is very good. The app home page is very difficult to set up. The remote is WAY TO SMALL, for anyone that does not have tiny hands and fingers it is hard to use. We had a remote from a Samsung we owned previously so the man of the house uses it. This unit has another problem we just decided to live with. While streaming in any format it just stops and goes to what ever HDMI is turned on, we had our internet provider monitor it for 3 days, no stoppage, we used WIFI, same thing as when we have it plugged into the ethernet. GREAT SOUND, GREAT PICTURE, upscaling works great. Very deep colors and the sharpness and brightness are wonderful. We like it so much we can put up with the crazy streaming problem.

The TV works well. The picture and sound are good. Setup was very easy. The remote is horrible. It won’t work unless it is plugged in charging. Charging cord is very short, so this doesn’t work very well. The solar charge aspect of the remote doesn’t work at all for charging it. Remote size is also small, which makes it hard to see the buttons and buttons are small making it hard for my elderly father pushing the buttons. Since you need the remote for the TV to work, it doesn’t really matter that the TV works well, because the remote is such a pain.

I really wish they would stop updating the software to do things you DONT want the TV to do. I don't want autorun, but can I turn it off? No. I don't want a voice assistant. Can I choose "no voice assistant"? No. I want to remove Apps from the home screen. Is it easy to do? have I figured out how to yet? No. GREAT picture, but STUPID tricks that the programmers shove down your throat when you buy new TVs. spare me.

This TV is not that great to begin with when compared to other options in the price range for the size. It would randomly start dimming itself and not allowing the brightness to go up even when turning up. A few weeks later the screen goes out completely every 30-60 mins and requires a 5min unplug to even turn back on. 11 months old. Sony is still the indisputable champion. I should have never given Samsung another opportunity. Back to Sony it is. Hisense is great value for the money. Sony is the overall best. Samsung is no better than Vizio at this point
