If it were possible to ‘reduce’ oil down to intensify the flavors, that’s what this would be. I love it on rustic white bread / french bread. I just drilled the oil on and sprinkle with a little fresh cracked pepper. Absolutely delicious! It’s also great on salads with a little vinegar. I can’t think of anything I’d cook with this oil, at least from a frying standpoint, as it really stands alone by itself and would impart more flavor than you want - but as a condiment / dressing / dip it’s delicious! Will be buying more.
