The bolt holding the seat up did not have a complete set of parts for the "quick latch" to raise and lower the seat. I had to visit the hardware store to get a replacement bolt, but lost the ability to quick adjust the seat. Now it takes two wrenches and trial and error. Otherwise a cute bike and seems to be well made (from China)

It's supposed to be new but parts were missing that I had to use from my old bike in their stead and it was scratched and scuffed, a fender was dented, and the quick release nut was missing. And the basket thing was backwards and we couldn't move it back around. Other than that the bike works fine and I can ride it without problems.

First off, I'm 5'4” and this bike is almost too big for me. Next time I'll get 24” instead of the 26”. So if you're short like me, consider a smaller model. If you're tall, you're gonna have to figure out how to lift the seat, which I could not figure out. But if you're like 5'6”, this would be totes perfect. Anyway, I'm pretty handy and have put together bikes before but holy crap-a-roo, this sucker made me angry. The instructions are not super helpful so there's a bit of trial and error you have to do which is okay except that there are a few clips that you've really only got one shot at putting on the right way. So my front fender is loose and will probably need to be zip tied now since I guessed wrong on which way the clip went. Haha. I'll update if anything falls apart. I like the bike though. It's super cute and seems sturdy.

Super disappointed!!! The welding makes me question this purchase. Where the welding matters the most the bike looks like it's going to fall apart after the first ride. I guess we should've spent the extra 100 to get something that will last longer than hopefully a year.

Difficult to put together bike was scratched and the front finder was bent which caused it to rub during our first ride and the finger caught the tire the bike instantly stopped because of the bar that runs to the bike nut, almost killed my dog and I was injured

assembly is horrible. handlebars wont go on.... the fork nut is torqued so much i broke a pair of pliers trying to get it loosened...

Great bike, well made. However, pre-assembly could have been much better. Had to completely disassembled and reassemble front of bike and handle bars. All assembled backwards.
