I'm very excited to buy this bike it's very similar to the one that was stolen for me sadly it was for my great-grandmother so it was a special thing so I plan to buy this as a remembrance and because I need a new bike

My bike came scratched up , tires dirty and screws stripped, looked like it was already used

Hope for a new unused bike

I ordered this bike online because they didn't have this color left in the store. When the bike arrived the front tire was crooked a dent in the fender and the bracket for the basket was missing. I couldn't find anywhere on the website to tell anyone so now I'm stuck with a bike with a wobbly front tire, dented fender and no basket. Pretty frustrated!

when my bicycle was delivered the long top flap had been ripped off and re taped.   There were several gouges in the box on both sides. Upon opening the box I found holes in the basket box, and ALL the zip ties were broken loose.   The rear fender has 2 small dents in it and the reflector was  hanging off.  I was able to get it together, but found 3 small parts in the bottom of the box that I have no idea what they go to.  I have been trying to get this bicycle for 3 years and didn't want to return it.  I am curious about one thing though.  If I were able to get this bicycle in store, would it have cost more than the $169.00 that I paid?  You know because of having it already together.
