compared to our last range, this samsung model is horrible. we bought stainless steel to upgrade our kitchen. we purchased on 2/1/22- the stove top never gets fully cleaned, the stove top already has a scratch on one of the burners even though all care has been taken to avoid, once the oven is preset you can't change the temperature. consider buying some other range, this model should be taken off the market. we have several other samsung products we are happy with, i do regret purchasing this range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love our new range. There are so many options. The griddle is great! We have 3 granddaughters and they love pancakes and eggs. I love the wireless feature of being able to start your oven before you get home. Or turning it off. The range top is great. You have the normal four spaces for cooking but then you also have a space for warming. One of the four cooking spaces has a great feature. There are three different sized rings, small medium and large. You really get the full cooking area of your skillets. The oven itself is quite large inside and I am able to cook/bake things at the same time. The air fryer is so easy to use and the range came with a basket for it. When I’ve had family over they have commented on how cool it is that the oven light comes on when you open the door. Which is another feature that I like about this range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all… the stove is BEAUTIFUL! have the stainless model but it still looks great with my black appliances in my kitchen. (Black wasn’t an available option in the stove I wanted). The delivery crew failed to send me a cord/plug to hookup my stove, but my previous model was an older Samsung as well so we just used the cord from it. Install was super easy. I have the electric version and it came with an air fryer basket accessory for the oven and a griddle for the stove top use. This range is being marketed as the very first griddle/electric smooth top stove combo. I wanted this specific model because I have always wanted a griddle, but I also love the ease of cleaning a smooth cook top. Most griddle tops come on gas stoves and my house isn’t set up for gas. Upo first impression, the stove is beautiful. Accessories are great. First thing I attempted was making Philly cheesesteak sandwiches on the griddle. It’s the first thing I wanted to test out. The griddle is designed to work utilizing the two left side burners (left front and left rear). There’s a setting on the knobs where you turn to utilize both burners with the griddle or the burners can each be utilized separately. Some things I noted: * The heat didn’t seem to distribute evenly within the griddle top. Both burners were set to the same setting using the proper two burner/griddle knob, but one burner got much hotter than the other. The was definitely not distributing evenly from one burner to the other. I expected some variance in the empty space between the two burners, but not that much of a difference in the burners themselves. * The griddle slides easily on the smooth surface and I feel that maybe a better griddle design could utilize silicone pads on the outer corners (not on the burners) to provide a little bit of grip to keep the griddle from just sliding everywhere. * The griddle space is a little small and i was making a mess with my food falling off the sides. I ended up having to transfer the food over to a skillet and use an alternate burner. * The oven works great! But maybe it’s just me, but I had no idea what the different settings are and when to use them and the user manual didn’t have any information. There are two baking options, one with a little fan image beside it. At first I thought that was air fry, but there is an option to choose air fry, so I’m not 100% certain the difference or the usage for that setting. All in all I do love the stove!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this range for just over a month now and I’m still continually amazed how awesome it is! The cooktop burners heat up fast and bring water to a boil pronto. We use the air fryer, dehydrator and bread proof features regularly - it’s great having so many options to choose from with just one appliance. I love how it lets me know on my phone that it’s up to temperature (which it reaches in about half the time of our older oven.) Plus it looks fantastic in our kitchen. Easily the best appliance purchase we’ve made!

Need some new cookware for the stove top ;) (infrared cooktop) not all cookware is created equal. I have used the convection oven with a bake time cut in half :). Excellent heat retention for oven. Proper cooktop cookware results are a bit different. Cast iron has a bit better results for cook times. Aluminum and cooper do not conduct heat well. Cook time results are twice the time required.

The electric range has some great features, I love the air fryer and self cleaning, Those I use the most. I am always using the over so much convenient. It matches my kitchen, also the griddle is so good for cooking breakfast. Has warming feature which is so good when I finish cooking something first I can keep my other stuff warming until all food is some cooking. I recommend this range to my family and friends. They will not be disappointed getting this new upgrade for their kitchen.

We were in the process of upgrading appliances in our kitchen and couldn't pass up this oven when we saw it. We are always cooking something in our oven. I am vegan and my husband is not, so for a lot of meals we are cooking 2 meals, one vegan and one not. This oven has definitely had a workout since we got it and it has been performing perfectly! We find that it cooks things very quickly, much faster than our old oven. We love all the different lodes like the convection and air fry modes. They all work great. I especially love the griddle that goes on top. It's great for making breakfast on. makes quick work of eggs and hashbrowns! I do find it to be a little slippery and it slides around a bit though. It is also handy that it connects to the Samsung Smart Things app to let you know when your oven is preheated and things like that. It even gives you menu suggestions for meals for the week based on your preferences. It looks very sleek and modern and has been a great addition to our kitchen. We look forward to using it for many, many years to come!

Stove sucks. Air fryer doesn't work. Too hot or too cold. Takes forever to preheat
