[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not as good as I was hoping. The top started to get marks on it right away. At first I thought it was stains and I tried to scrub it off and then I realized the material the top is made of was actually chipping and scaring. Another problem I have is that I can't heat anything in the oven at 400 degrees or higher because the oven will lock. It also locks at random times. This is very annoying and has caused things to burn because it won't unlock until the temperature in the oven cools down to below 400 degrees. Not happy at all.

we really love the air fryer and it has replaced our counter top unit that is used several times a week. the cooktop griddle is the right size for cooking 2 grilled cheese sandwiches or pancakes at a time. i wouldn't cook bacon/sausage on it, as it doesn't have a grease drain and i can picture it being a messy time. only issues is the bottom storage drawer is smaller than we expected, and i can image some may have pans that will not fit. keep that in mind when looking at this range. overall this is a great range, that offers rapid boil and it does work!

I also love that I can choose between convection cooking and conventional cooking depending on the recipe. The griddle works great and is easy to clean. The Air Fryer also works great and is very big. . I love to use them for entertaining. The oven is very easy to clean with the self clean option. I love that it is wifi enabled. It is easy to control using the app. I am very happy with my new Samsung Range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the quality of the stove and have enjoyed using it. the stove looks great in my kitchen. I have only had it a few weeks with no issues. The registration process was a pain as the serial number was on the bottom rail of the stove. Extremely difficult to capture the serial number. They could have made the registration for warranty easier. I had to go online and download the manual in order to figure out how to set the clock. I did not move to 4 stars as this was related to the customer experience rather than the range itself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Samsung Electric Range, and upgraded from my old electric range. I'm glad I did as this range has exceeded my expectations. Here's a breakdown of some thoughts I had: Installation was a breeze as all it had was a power cord to connect. I'm glad I didn't have a gas line to deal with as this really couldn't be any simpler. Just make sure you measure your own countertops to see how the range will fit in your kitchen. Functionality is great! Does all the basic oven and range functions and more! Self clean and Steam clean are luxuries with this, as is the Convection Over and Airfry capabilities. Rapid Boil and Fast Boil are great additions too, as electric ranges in the past, have been known to be slower than gas counterparts. Smart home capabilities are just OK. I did install and set up the app, but functionality does seem a bit basic. One safety feature I REALLY like is the fact that you can check your app and turn OFF the oven in case you left it on and left the house. I haven't been able to figure out if you can do that with the cooktop yet, but the Oven is a great start. I really enjoy the clean look of the range and the spacious oven. The display is bright, and the buttons seems to be almost touch sensitive. Design is clean, superb and should fit any modern kitchen. Drawbacks: The app needs work, and the sound jingles when the oven reaches temp, or when the cook timer is done is pretty bad. I wish there was a way to change it, but its still a distinguishable alert at the least. Overall, I'm very pleased with this upgrade and feel confident that this will last many years. My critiques are just 'nice to haves' and haven't run into any dealbreakers so far. Ultimately, I do appreciate the speeds and cooking capabilities of this stove, which is essentially its core job, so all the other things are nice things to have to build out a better feature set. Well done!

Love the different options to self clean! The ceramic top is first class; it has different size burners within a burner; and a warmer!! All kinds of cool timers!

Yeah, ummm no, all it is is an expansion of the element to fit a larger pot. Overall good ranged but tough cleaning the buttons since they are so sensitive and turn things on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not very satisfied with my new stove. It tends to heat up too much and burn food that is being prepared. I have tried several settings for it and there is not an acceptable temp range that works. It is either too cold or too hot.

I bought this almost a week ago and I absolutely Love it!!! With Rapid boil, I was able to boil cold water so much faster than ever before! Faster than my electric tea kettle. The WiFi/Bluetooth functions are so helpful. I can set the time and temp from upstairs and still be able to check the timer on my phone, rather than running back downstairs to see if it’s ready. I highly recommend this range!!! I received some compensation but it did not sway my review in any way.

The Smart Freestanding Electric Range with No-Preheat Air Fry and Convection has made me the expert cook in my family. This appliance has made my dreams come true [ no exaggeration. ] I have always wanted to have an oven that has all the mechanisms of all my cooking needs in one. I can cook multiple things without having to run back and forth to different appliances to check on my food. I can finally do it all in one. The features are amazing. I dont have to wait for the oven to preheat when I want to air fry. And on that subject this oven is so big I can airfry multiple items. The timer is super sweet to hear. The burners have different types of sizes to choose which best fits your pots . The heating feature is perfect from slow cooking to rapid boil. I like the wifi feature to let me know which burner is on or off . I can also check the oven and turn it on or off from a different location. The center warming burner is exceptional for keeping things at the right temperature before serving. Samsung has done it again with their smart products and never disappoints. I love my oven and so does my entire family.
