Was Sent 2 boxes, both 2 of 2 and trying to get a refund or the other half of the tree is a joke. Numerous phone calls and emails that lead to nowhere. Having to send pictures of boxes to prove that I received 2 boxes that were not the correct ones, seems like more waste of my time. Just know that “Members Mark” is a separate entity and it's like pulling teeth for a simple , exchange, refund or the correct product. It would be nice to see what this tree actually looks like but I need the 1 of 2 box. I bet someone has received two 1 of 2 boxes, which is a very difficult concept for Sam's club customer service and their supervisor to understand.

My first artificial tree in 60 years. Looks like the Fraser fir trees I usually get. I'm very pleased so far. Most of the lights are on the end of the branch so it was dark in the middle. I added another 1200 lights around the trunk to backlight things. Easy to assemble but it is heavy. So far, so good.

Great tree! Has the viral twinkle lights, multi-color option, great price, full looking, memory wire branches, and good quality! Everything I was looking for in a tree!

Super full and perfect set up out of the box. Tree has a true warm white light option and is comparable if not better than the viral HD tree. Very happy with it! Minimal set up and zero fluffing and it is perfect!
