This is a great sturdy platform foundation. It is much more than we needed. It is 15 inches off the ground which made our existing foundation and mattress much too high for us. I didn’t realize it was considered a foundation when I bought it. OOPS. It is great if this is what you are looking for.

Exactly as described with simple instructions. Took 15 minutes to set. Placed a sheet over it, then my airbed (this was for my quest room). Storage space under it isn't that high but you can definitely place some compress shoe bins under it. Shipping time I guess depends on the area but add 1-2 days from whatever date your email delivery confirmation gives you.

This bed frame was easy to set up. I took someone's suggestion to place a non-skid pad on top so the mattress doesn't slide on the frame. This was purchased for a large man, so time will tell how it holds up and what it does to the mattress as the bars are fairly far apart for just a mattress. He says it's not squeaky, doesn't move (no wheels), seems to be sturdy. So far we're both happy with it.

Bought to support double mattress in lieu of procuring box mattress. Platform base provides adequate support for double mattress without need for box mattress. Simple installation and good strength. Would procure similar platform for all new mattress in the future.

I purchased the full-sized platform for my adult son. His previous platform failed at one of the plastic connection points then on several of the metal support bars after just a year. This new platform was MUCH easier to assemble and does not have plastic components. It appears to be much sturdier than the previous platform that failed.

We got this frame because our box spring was broken and wore out. The frame we were not sure would hold our weight as we are both large people. But the frame held up great and as been a great purchase. We have had it a couple weeks now and no complaints. One tip though if you buy this type of frame is make sure you have a good mattress or mattress topper. Our mattress is pretty worn out too but did not realize it until we put on this frame. Luckily we had a topper and that helped. My wife really likes that it is tall enough to store stuff underneath and plans on getting some plastic totes to organize the bedroom and closet a little better.

I had the less expensive one of these for 7 years. This one is much more solid and a little higher than the other one. This works great with my memory foam mattress. I love that it has plenty of room to store things underneath. The less expensive one I had was a bit creaky once in awhile like a cot but not this one. I am very pleased with my purchase and will purchase again.

Quite high quality, sturdy bed frame with no sharp edges. The entire frame has no sharp edges, which I especially appreciate at the rounded corners. I frequently got cut or bruised by the corners on my previous bed frame, but with this one it's now safe to make the bed without fear of an injury.

I ordered a queen size and foumd it to be a perfect fit. The height is perfect for standard 13" storage baskets to slide under and look nice, alleviating some of my off season storage needs. A little squeaky at times, but not all the time. The frame itself provides consistent support distributed theoughout the entire coverage, and not just a few slats. It elevates my bed so I don't have to bend over to make it, which can be more important to some people that have physical limitations. Overall, it was a great choice to fit my lifestyle and I like that it is so easy to set up. Just unfold and connect. I see the potential to repurpose at some point into 2 separate twin xl in a guest room for grandkids.

Love the smartbase frame & support system to replace box springs. It's amazing to feel, to sleep on, and to change sheets is way easier. Just be sure you purchase one with inset legs bc some are made with the legs on the outer edge which is a very dangerous toe stumper. It's super easy to put together since all you do is fold open and insert 2 long screws thru the center. I have the king size and will be ordering 2 queens as well. Say good-bye to the old bed frame with box springs and slats.
