We tried 3 Vizios today!!!!!!!!! All returned. Thought the first was a bad TV, so we exchanged it for the same 55 inch Vizio. Would not start and keeps getting the same message that it needs to get memory and then turns off. So we returned the second 55 inch and got this 50 inch Vizio hoping it was better. NEGATIVE! It has the same issue! I am beyond irritated. It's going back tomorrow! I'm done trying Vizio! Which sucks because I'm 2012 I purchased my first Vizio and it lasted years! They are definitely cutting corners now and using cheaper stuff.

Note that the model year is not listed. I ordered the Vizio 50” TV in late May/early June, 2025. It was delivered 06/05/2025. I recently ordered the Vizio 2.1 All-in-one Soundbar SE with the QuickFit feature. When trying to mount the soundbar, the TV was not compatible because it is a 2022-2023 model TV. In other words, Sam's Club sold an older version TV under the impression it was a new model. Expected better from Sam's Club. The 4 star rating is for the TV, not for customer service.

So sorry I got this TV. Keeps shutting off and requires unplugging to restart...and now Smart features are not working. It has very limited adjustments for picture and sound. I would return but a real hassle and then we do not have access to even local channels. I had an older Vizio and never had a problem in the years I used...in fact was great when I gave it away.

Connecting and setting up all my apps was easy and the settings were very straightforward . I am giving this TV four stars though because it lags when it comes to sending the audio to my soundbar despite being directly connected with the ARC HDMI and I know it's the TV and not my soundbar because it wasn't lagging on my older TV . This is a great product for an affordable price .

We use it for gaming and streaming online and the display quality is crisp with vibrant colors. For the price its definitely worth it. It also comes with built in apps like Netflix, amazon, etc makes the streaming quick with just one click. Great tv for everyday use.

It was poor quality and sound sucks lg was way better few more dollars but wroth it..
