It is crap that you are forced to set up a Walmart account to be able to use this TV. Do not buy this model.

my experience might not be your experience so I just don't want to put it on here, because that mean I will have to be honest and I'm not trying to hurt anybody's feelings.

I gave it a 4 stars because it forces you to make a Vizio account. Overall the it's a good for the $238 before taxes and shipping. The sound gets pretty loud and the display can get pretty bright depending on your settings.

Yes, this model has issues with low volume. You have to push it to 50% to get some clarity, but as you go higher the sound gets more distorted. Will probably be returning it...
