Very frustrating experience. This Vizio TV forces you to create a Vizio account just to use the TV, which is ridiculous. I tried to sign up, but the process didn’t even work—it kept failing. The only way I could finally use it as a simple second screen for my laptop was to do a full factory reset and refuse to connect it to the internet at all. I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops like this for basic functionality.

Bought TV for my son to play XBOX. Bypass setup completely because we just want it for gaming. Got the screen calibrated and he started playing. About an half hour in the screen goes BLACK and back on. Has done it several time in the last hour. Will be returning if we can't resolve.

Would give it 5 stars but I don't really care for how the TV is programmed for start up everytime you turn it on. Good picture though

The T.V is good just not worth the price for this model better to pay more for the pro or the basic model for a cheaper price.

I gave it a 4 stars because it forces you to make a Vizio account. Overall the it’s a good for the $238 before taxes and shipping. The sound gets pretty loud and the display can get pretty bright depending on your settings.

Don’t buy this TV. I purchased a brand new one and it doesn’t work. Won’t even cut on straight out the box. Vizio has gone downhill in quality.

Wow! Great job Vizio, we replaced an old Vizio with another brand that was supposedly HDR it was bad so returned and went with the Vizio again the QLED and it was much better picture quality.
