This TV is by far the worst TV I have ever purchased. The software that runs this TV is terrible. The software cannot keep up with the motion and the picture is constantly buffering and blurry. Also the navigation through the prompts is not intuitive and hard to follow. The audio is horrible. The sound is so bad you have to turn up the volume as high up as it will go just to hear normal movie dialog. I lasted just over an hour struggling with this terrible product. I boxed it up and returned. Spend an extra 100.00 and get one of the other brands of TVs Sam's Club carries.

Very frustrating experience. This Vizio TV forces you to create a Vizio account just to use the TV, which is ridiculous. I tried to sign up, but the process didn’t even work—it kept failing. The only way I could finally use it as a simple second screen for my laptop was to do a full factory reset and refuse to connect it to the internet at all. I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops like this for basic functionality.

I absolutely love this TV. I am a Tech guy and own all Vizio Tv's in my home. The FREE three year warranty is also a huge plus. As a side note, I use my Bluetooth headphones every night and NEVER had a problem with function whatsoever. Glad I could clear that up. The picture quality is superb, love the Watchfree channels, love the local channels being included in the Watchfree channel lineup. I could go on. If there was a 10 star I would give it. Affordable and has a good picture. The only things I dislike: (1) forced to sign up for the Vizio app in order to use the smart features and so they can use your data for ads and (2) the power cord on this model is not removable, so you can’t buy a longer cord if needed nor replace it easily if it gets damaged. It’s not a long cord so I had to use an extension cord to hang it on my wall.

Worst tv I've ever purchased. The sound was so quiet at first. Messed with the surround settings and made it louder but it buzzes and distorts. It actually disgusts me how bad the sound is. The picture is not great either and the Bluetooth would not stay connected. Also they put the cable and optical inputs on the back so your wall mount blocks them. Whoever designed this needs fired. HORRIBLE DON'T BUY!

Connecting and setting up all my apps was easy and the settings were very straightforward . I am giving this TV four stars though because it lags when it comes to sending the audio to my soundbar despite being directly connected with the ARC HDMI and I know it's the TV and not my soundbar because it wasn't lagging on my older TV . This is a great product for an affordable price .

We use it for gaming and streaming online and the display quality is crisp with vibrant colors. For the price its definitely worth it. It also comes with built in apps like Netflix, amazon, etc makes the streaming quick with just one click. Great tv for everyday use.

Bought this a month ago and have intermittent problems with it. First the sound, initially stayed real low even when I attempted to increase. This eventually resolved but has come back occasionally. Second, all of a sudden lost sound, channels, and wouldn't pair my bluetooth headphones. Setup showed an excellent network connection so network wasn't down. Had to power off a couple of times before it restored. I don't want a hassle with a new TV. Intermittent problems are hard to troubleshoot and I'm not going to waste my time trying to work this out. Back to Sam's club it goes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great tv! The set up was super easy, and the remote is super fast. This was a big update compared to my old super slow tv. I'm really happy with this. It's the perfect size for my living room. The picture is very clear and high resolution images. The volume is good too, easy to control on the side of the remote. The remote has all the buttons for streaming which makes it super easy to use. There was nothing to build it came together just had to plug the right cables into it. The brightness of the display is perfect, just the right amount of bright. Overall this is a great tv and I am so glad I have this instead of my old one. It is fast, good resolution and you can cast from an iPhone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice picture. It was not compatible with my sound bar and the speakers in the tv are so quiet you cannot hear the tv unless it is turned up to the highest volume and then the tv rattles. So had to purchase a new soundbar which was not in my budget.
