They were better than expected

The tempura shrimp tasted like it was made with rancid oil. The texture and shrimp looked great but the flavor was not good and left me with major indigestion. I would not recommend this product.

Higher price and less weight than your other fried shrimp option. I wanted to give’m a try, but the taste ( for me ) wouldn’t give me a reason to repurchase. I am so happy with this! I believe it's decent for the price too. Just used the air fryer and they came out crispy. I would definitely buy them again. I appreciate the sauces, though they do taste good without them too.I hope it's not a seasonal item.

This is probably the tastiest thing I've bought from the freezer cases at Sam's! They're delicious! 10 minutes @ 400°F in the air fryer, flipping them halfway through, and they're perfectly cooked, golden, crunchy and delicious. My only gripe is the small amount of sweet chili sauce they include. The amount they give is really only enough for about half of the full package.

I purchased these to try cause I love getting them when I eat sushi. These are very tasty and better than some I’ve had in restaurants. I did them in a ninja air fryer on 425 for 5 mins flipped dropped down to 350 for any 5 minute. They were very crunchy and can hear it while biting them. They’re as big as restaurant ones maybe bigger than some. I’m super happy with this purchase and will buy more. They come in a pack of eight sealed and you get 3 packs of 8 tempura shrimp. Great packaging as I did one back and just had the shrimp for lunch. The sauces I can’t say as I didn’t use them. I like to dip mine in soy and wasabi mix like my sushi. I don’t know why lot say they’re greasy because these came out crispy and crunchy. You like tempura shrimp I definitely recommend them.

The first time that I've been this disappointed about a Sam's Club product. This shrimp tempura is so greasy and so salty and has too much breading! I love tempura, including vegetable and shrimp tempura. It's supposed to be lightly breaded and not laden with salt and grease.

We live shrimp. My hubby prefers breaded/fried so I splurged on these. The flavor is great. The crunch is awesome. But these are really heavy on the breading and pretty scant on the shrimp! Overall, the shrimp is less than half of the thickness. I won't be buying these again.

I have been trying frozen tempura shrimp and the most of the time, you don't taste shrimp at all. This tempura shrimp has real shrimp and tempura batter. We used for sushi and noodles. Never used for the main dish (with their sauce), but it was good enough to pull it out from the freezer as needed. If you cannot make good tempura, I recommend this!
