I thought the breading was too thick and crunchy. Usually tempura is a very light type of breading.

Usually make my own tempura but saw this and thought I'd try it. First one was ok tasty, but noticed immediately that it was mainly the batter I was tasting. I broke open the second one and not much shrimp at all, mainly batter. I ended up taking a knife and slicing a majority of the batter off and just ate the tiny string of shrimp (if it really was shrimp). I'll just continue to make my own from now on.

Saw it in the freezer section - looked good - brought it home to try. Put in the air fryer per instructions—oh my, so glad I bought it. Not a fan of the tempera sauce but reallyyyyyyy liked the sweet chili sauce. Just amazing —— could have eaten all 24 at once. I did not share these with the household :)

This was really good! We made them in the air fryer and they came out delicious! Crispy on the outside and tender shrimp in the inside. The sauces are really good, too! We tried to find the coconut crusted shrimp by the same company but couldn’t find it at Sam’s anymore. So, we got these instead and they are just as delicious, very generous sized pieces.
