DO NOT BUY, broke within 2 hours of install after update was pushed to Family Hub, Thing is a brick now. Then they tell us they cant fix it, and we can return it and buy another one to replace it, with no time line on when we would have a functional fridge. Then to top it off they no longer have our old fridge they took away.

My last samsung had a light in the bottom freezer. Now my sealing bar between the ref doors is not sealing well. Only had for 6 months. Purchased the Bespoke refrigerator with AI family hub two days ago and have spent countless hours trying to setup Family Hub, then once account was finally set up, received message that family hub was no longer supported and needed to use another app called “SmartThings”. Well, it won't even sync up to the refrigerator. Also, found other included apps on refrigerator are no longer supported.

Using camera to see what's inside allows for the door to be opened less. With the integrated network connectivity to the internet, it makes the appliance more usable in the kitchen. The roominess of the inside allows for a large amount of Items to be stored inside plus with the deli draw that gives additional storage.

It would be a full 5 stars if the AI/screen worked a little better. Right now the UI is a bit clunky — but the great thing is this can be updated continuously. I'd buy this fridge again — and I talk about it more than I care to admit.

We do not recommend this refrigerator if you are purchasing it because of the AI family hub with screen and internet connectivity. We are now on our second refrigerator since purchasing it less than three weeks ago. The first one was delivered defective because the screen would not even turn on. We then had to have a replacement delivered, and the replacement's screen has gone dark within two weeks of having been delivered. Samsung offers this refrigerator in the same configuration without a screen and the opening doors - that might be a less problematic version of this model. However, if the quality control from Samsung is so bad that the screens don't work it causes me to question their overall quality control. On top of that, they don't provide a meaningful users manual to help us troubleshoot this problem and I've spent time on their website trying to find a user's manual without success - if it exists then it is hidden somewhere or not otherwise obvious. I am frustrated by this product and the investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgrade my older family Hub fridge for this newer model. I must say I wish had done it a lot earlier. The AI features are amazing. Capturing food in and out. My food list is always up to date which works great when having to decide what to make for dinner. Ice maker is in the freezer and water dispenser in the fridge. Bonus for the refillable pitcher!! More spacious than previous model. Love this fridge so far.
